I've just been told the same thing. I wonder if their upgrades have anything to do with offer-matching and bonus points...

lol I doubt it, infrastructure upgrades maybe? Their site has been up for me whenever I access it.

Definitely. The guy was kind enough to elaborate, he said the offer tracking system (which is down) tells them what offers are listed on your account, how many points posted for those offers and when, and whether you qualified for the bonuses. (some of that might not make sense to you, but IIRC that's what he said).

Its been like this for weeks, on and off....See it with my accounts and family etc.

Theres no rule, sometimes it goes back up for a bit then back down....It is systemwide though, so even if you get a different center you'll still be locked out. Major YMMV, although that really shouldnt apply for this.

I believe they are, as I was told something along those lines by a supervisor concerning my dad's account. I dont think everything he said was true (didnt sound too friendly) but I have heard of similar occurrences.
