What's a nice gift for my UPS driver (for my business) the guy works very hard and always does it happily. I tip him from time to time but I want to give him a gift and not just cash.

My UPS driver is very nice too us and worked hard for us the last few weeks. Was a $75 AZ GC too little? Should he get some scotch next week?

Because we have high expenses and are generous, when we try saving money we get looked at as "cheap".

I believe this site is only intended for the English language, but do you require it to be the first language or do we except ppl that come from different backgrounds and therefore have different English language skills. Some may have made very big progress as from where they come but aren't up to par with all highschool grads out here.

Thanks for reassuring I thought it was very nice. He does shlep 20-40 30+ LB boxes from or basement. It was never clear to me if that's his job or he's going out of his way. Even if it is his job he still could have given me his cold shoulder.
