No, I say that you have to ignore a review because it is simply a bad review since it arrived damaged in shipping, and this kind of things is bound to happen for such heavy items. Now if you look at reviews across the brand, on Wayfair for example, you will see that people are greatly satisfied. It is true that there are some bad reviews on Amazon but they are not verified purchases, and you will be surprised to know what one unhappy customer/competition can do.
