I had one to get the miles originally, but getting a gift card has nothing to do with what other cards you may or may not have...

You will only see the "gift cards" option when you are logged on to your Skymiles account

Amazing - I had no idea - but I'm sure glad I didn't cancel that Amex yet!

FYI I successfully registered for both offers (both showed up under my Delta skymiles account promotions) and only the 50% bonus activated when I did the MR transfer. I presume the subsequent transfer would activate the 40%/25% offer.

I tried it about a month ago...got the 40% instead of 50%. Had to call and get the other 10% applied...took a few days.
