$20 off Uber

I just took an Uber after saving this new promo which expires February, and I still havent used the NYC Promo which expires in a few days.  Logically, the promotion which expires sooner should be applied to the trip,  but the February one was automatically applied.  I checked Uber's help page and it says that promotions are used in the reverse order that they are added.  I guess there's nothing to do about it then?

Yeh I researched that also and came to same conclusion. And practically that is what I see when use promos is that most recent get used first. Annoying :/

After I got the deal, it seems that my other promo code for $20 (either the $20 redeemed from holidaynyc16 or probably the goodfood20 promo switched from $20 off (with no details which both were used by riders for riding) to $20 off ubereats in Southern California. Now that is useless as I don't live there. Any advice? I don't have a screenshot of the original

Happened to me too. This is what they wrote, but I don't actually know what they're talking about but I'll try it Thursday.

I have investigated your account and it shows that you "GOODFOOD20" promo code is still active in your account which you can use on your first UberEATS order. However, the "UBERCOHOLIDAY" promo code is also active, you can use this on your Uber ride and it is valid until 1/1/17. I'll send you a link for your references.

The code was applying to Uber eats last night. Didn't order, was waiting for this afternoon, now seems dead for that.

Gotta just order straight away next time.

I used it today in NYC and did not get the discount for the same reason, I contacted Uber and did not get a response. I did contact Uber regarding a driver canceling at the last minute and they gave $5.00 for the next trip
