Chase Sapphire Reserve Travel Insurance

We booked flights to israel with the Sapphire Reserve card. Lately my wife hasn't been feeling well. We want to use the travel insurance, how complicated is the process? Is it as simple as getting a doctor to write a note?

Emergency medical - $2500 Max -$50 deductible, just call to find out exactly what etc
