Park Hyatt Anona restaurant-Kosher tasting. (Menu attached)

Really nice place to eat. Was not packed at all. Really attentive and excellent service.
Weren't so many people there. I can't imagine how they can afford to do this.
The tasting menu was very interesting but the portions were small. I think I would have preferred a regular menu and had a full order of the steak and onion rings and the fish for the appetizer.
 
Bread-refilled once and offered to refill again (probably should have taken them up on the offer)
Tomato Sage and Sea Salt Focaccia 8/10-Very good bread
Hand Stretched crisp bread 6/10-flat breads. Were too thin and had a little to many seeds on them
Didn't like the spreads for them

Seared lamb carpaccio and melon 7/10-small slices of lamb on top of melon. Was OK.

Grilled vegetable terrine 8.5/10-grilled eggplant, pepper and other veggies. Was very good.

braised veal and shallot ravioli-I didn't eat, my wife says they were good

Dover sole meuniere 9/10-Excellent fish. A hint of lemon which I didn't like but really good

Beef Ribeye conundrum 9.75/10 Awesome steak. They grill it and then they vacuum seal it and put in hot water. Really soft and tasty
Homemade onion ring 9.5/10 Awesome onion rings.
The mashed potatoes (a tiny amount) was good as well

Grape Sorbet 5/10Wasn't grape-I think it was lemon. Was OK. Was too frozen so it was hard to eat

Dark Chocoalte Marquis 8.5/10 Really rich and excellent chocolate

$175 is really insane.  Mikes Bistro tasting menu is $110 plus $20 for wine..
