United Credit Question

Hi, any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I booked a flight on United last year to Israel through Chase. The price of the ticket was around $1400. I had to cancel the trip. According to the Chase Travel Representative, United said I have one year to use the credit. That date is coming due in two months. Is there any way to extend this?

Book now for later date $350 rebooking fee will be applied per passenger

Thanks so much for the replies.

I was told by the Chase rep that the travel must be booked and used before the year anniversary date. So if the credit expires 2/25 you think if I did it now I would be able to book for some time after that?
