All kidding aside, it's neither of those two threads.
It was much more detailed regarding Visas, luggage, etc.
I had numerous posts myself to that thread and my posts are not in either thread you linked to.
Since I clicked "notify" to the original thread, I get emails updates when a new post is posted.
Now when I click the link in my email it take me to a page that says -
