It's like that, only the 20% email signup coupon works, not the ones your constantly get in your account,no need to open a BBB account, just checkout as a guest using the email you signed up for emails

It must be the email signup and not the regular 20% they email all the time
I clicked the link above and "signed up" for emails with a new email address, then logged in with that email address in my shopping cart and applied the 20% there, but it didn't work. Will try again later with yet another new email.
