it's usually in the flyers they throw on your front steps, I have so many of these cups, it's a coupon which gets you a free cup when you make a purchase of any drink.

Had it in my perks yesterday as well, picked up my mug today.

Yes, they do this every year and its a great deal since it drops the price of a med ice coffee by about 40% for about three months as long as you bring in the cup when you buy.

There is no charge. The $2 is to load into the app when you sign up for DD perks. The cup is free.
