Why go through the hassle of dispute? If it ships, great! (Regardless of when it'll ship it's still a great deal) If not they'll return the money.

 Chutzpa: My order was out for delivery when I got an alert from UPS that my delivery address has. Even changed. Dell called it back.
So anyone thinking theirs will ship, sorry to inform ya.....
