Chutzpa: My order was out for delivery when I got an alert from UPS that my delivery address has. Even changed. Dell called it back.
So anyone thinking theirs will ship, sorry to inform ya.....

its only a couple of dollars you would think a company like dell would just eat the loss....especially once it shipped.

Not sure it's chutzpah. You took advantage of a glitch, and they're correcting it. As long as they refund whatever they charged you, should be fine.

no. I tried hard.  I was being sarcastic about the chutzpah. I would never want anyone to lose $ at my convenience. I was just bothered by the rep who was beyond nasty making it seem that i was a horrible person for ordering something that was an obvious mistake.....And on top of that she refuses to process my refund until the package arrived back to them.

just got an automated call saying its delayed and i need to consent by pressing 1....

also got an email see below
