Chase Business Ink Cash?

I got an offer in the mail for the Chase Business Ink Cash card. It seems to say that I get 10k points with first purchase, $50 for every 5k points, and no annual fee. Seems like an easy $100 to me, or is there some catch? Thoughts?

wouldn't waste a chase application for $100... y not try for BA 100k or CO 50k or Hyatt.....
all worth much more than $100....IMHO
