I'm going to add (what may be buried in these over 300 replies) that a couple can decide, by mutual consent, to delay the mikvah. No shaalo needed. It may not enhance the vacation, but a couple may decide it's worth it for other reasons.
Do shluchim in the Caribbean typically use the ocean or do they fly somewhere?
On the topic of using the ocean...https://anash.org/newfoundlands-covid-19-mikvah-conundrum/
i'd imagine that, if flying is easily enough available, it would avoid some of the bedieved discussed.(finding a local able to attend also mitigates one of the issues)
I doubt 12 annual overnight trips to Miami are easy on the budget for those shluchim.
Am I the only one who sees this sentence as seriously problematic? "With the Rebbe’s brochos, miraculously the perfect location just became available."
Wrong thread.
Why Miami? Maybe another Caribbean location has one? Puerto Rico? Dominican Republic? Venezuela? Or maybe even Panama or Costa Rica?
I'd assume MIA is the least expensive option?Likely depends which island though.
Depending on the age, circumstances a Rav may highly discourage this. There’s a difference between a middle aged couple and newlyweds or even married longer who haven’t been mekayeim pru urevu. Even older couples are likely asking for trouble at the very least with hirhurim assurim especially with a beach destination etc. and she has been assur to him for the better part of a month.
What I think is missing from this discussion is.What is with issue of going on vacation while not clean?Isn't that a reason a rav may want you to cancel?

On topic. Tshuva from London'e Rov, Rav Padwa z"l.
Seems to have the fifth part spelled out in the last paragraph, to the extent that it could be spelled out.
Yep exactly. Was famous with that.
