About a year ago our database was hacked and there was an unauthorized access to our customers' information. Since them we added many security features and encryption, involved the appropriate authorities and raised the level of awareness, to continue to protect the information of our customers.

Recently if has come to our attention that the the information is still available online. We have already reached out the the web hosting of that site as well as the domain registrar to have it removed, however it seems that this is not a simple quick process. All of the available information is outdated and unusable as we contacted our  loyal customers to cancel their card (if we haven't heard from them that they have already done so).  Feel free to contact us if you have any more questions or comments.

I can confirm that not all people listed there were contacted.  There are also people on that list that Cellular Israel had no bisuness saving CC info for.

If they were not contacted then the cards were already canceled or expired. Cellular Israel does not save CC info. They are PCI compliant. The breach happened during a security update and was hacked before the cards were automatically deleted by the system .

There are people on the list only used CI to open a line with a national carrier.  Why would CI save their CC?

Cellular Israel needs to pass on the info to the carrier that you ask us to set you up with. Similarly to any location that signs you up has your credit card information. We are not exactly storing them however since we receive them from you, the hacker was able to get them.

Like i posted that we have since raised our security level and not even those credit card that are passed through us are available anywhere.

Furthermore, there is no valid credit card on the list that we have no spoken to them and have them cancel it.  This is old news and has long been dealt with. The only issue we have no is getting it offline which we are having trouble doing so, yes we already contacted the hosting website as well as the domain registrar but to no avail. We are open for input.
