Shame. I wonder why the "hacker" decided to release the information a year after it was obtained. Probably more likely an inside job. Either way, the company can use some help in their handling of the situation. No apology, just a try to move the link. Like that will help, it's on every WhatsApp group by now. It's a major breach of privacy and they are pretending it's small leak with outdated information...

Cellular Israel needs to pass on the info to the carrier that you ask us to set you up with. Similarly to any location that signs you up has your credit card information. We are not exactly storing them however since we receive them from you, the hacker was able to get them.

Like i posted that we have since raised our security level and not even those credit card that are passed through us are available anywhere.

Furthermore, there is no valid credit card on the list that we have no spoken to them and have them cancel it.  This is old news and has long been dealt with. The only issue we have no is getting it offline which we are having trouble doing so, yes we already contacted the hosting website as well as the domain registrar but to no avail. We are open for input.

My sister is on that list and she was never contacted

Well then that's why she probably wasn't contacted. Cards expired or canceled are irrelevant .

I know of 2 people that had active cards and were not contacted. they both called bank this morning to cancel the card
Mistakes can happen, but excuses that are not true dont look good

If you look at archive.org, the list has been up for a while, probably since Nov. 2015.
ETA: You don't even need archive.org. Just look at the root of the domain. It says the file was uploaded on 11/17/2015.
