Works for me now, on and off wifi.

Wifi only would be a deal breaker. The whole point of the app is to get a car when you are out on the street - without wifi.

I've never used It but have plenty of friends that have. And they all say much better then car2go

And all those who are not 21 doesn't seem you can apply as with car2go allows you to when your 18.
