A rep said that due to the overwhelming number of purchases right at the end, it's taking longer. T&C say 2 billing cycles.

Anyone who used it right before it was set to expire, please share when it posts

I’m waiting for 11 weeks now.. I’ve called too, they said same thing “we are overwhelmed with many credits to shell out, it can take up to a couple of months, hang tight”

 I’ll hopefully return here to DDF for a good update soon …

i had the same thing, i called them 2 weeks ago about it and a few days later they called me back and gave me the full credit.

It's been more than 2 statements since my purchase. Called up, statement posted next day

Called on one of the cards as well and it appears there is a pending credit. They did need to review. Their normal review process must be broken...

After multiple HUCAs since this post my credit finally came through.. took ~13 weeks

Same only was a single HUCA on one account and a single call on the DW's.

Wonder how many customers of theirs are being wronged here and never followed up...

They emailed me with a reference number to call them about my case.
