What's the premise here? Are you a brochur and want to get in things before you're married?

If so I think there are places you can find you'd want to go but a potential spouse wouldn't want to.

For example backpacking in India/Nepal.

I don't think I want to do that right now, but yes, I would like to do some things that would be good to get in before I get married if there really are things other than backpacking in random places.

All of Asia,Nepal, India, Europe, Australia, New Zealand (Kiwi Exprience is geard for solo travelers) are very easy and fun  to do solo, try to stay in Hostels and meet other travellers.

 You can even go on a Safari in Southern Africa solo, they have these Safari tours for Solo backpackers. Zim\Zam tours.
