MR 50% Returned Flight deals
« on: January 15, 2017, 02:51:31 AM »
I have not yet seen a thread dedicated to exceptional airfare deals for business platinum cardholders who receive 50% back on bus/first redemption. Being that at times there are fares that may be the same, or even less than an economy flight, this thread can be dedicated to posting those flights.

I have heard conflicting reports whether you'd get back the 50% on economy flights even if using multiple airlines.

? Economy, you would only get credit for your selected airline. This would be specifically for business and first class, where everyone gets 50%

Very simple. It depends on the airline who issued the ticket.

I posted one on Friday in "What award flights....". Should I repost it here?

I booked AA F JFK-BDA for about 11k MR per person OW. Not quite my bucket list redemption but it was cheaper than Y (since DL is my selected airline)

Nice.  I love this concept of J or F being cheaper than Y. It's especially nice if the J or F is "real", but even if it's just domestic F (or European J), still better than Y if the cost is the same or better.
