What should I do?

My S6 camera broke (it has a few black spots whenever I take a picture) and I'm not sure if I should buy a new phone or pay $100 to fix it...Suggestions?

True, or if I trade it in, how much would it cost to get the s7/google pixel/any other good phone.

You can try to get it fixed if the phone is still in warranty. In the claim, just explain the camera is not working properly. Don't go into any detail. Yes, they may deny the claim, but you never know. Also, Samsung has an extended warranty that covers everything and the co-pay claim is only $75.
