Looking for good washable dress pants

Is there anywhere to buy short pants but with a larger waist? As in short and fat but not really. I need a 28 length with a 32 or 33 waist. The Gap trio (gap, ON, BR) offers a 28 length but the biggest waist with that length is a 31 which is too small for me. Yes, I know I can tailor any pants but that would wipe out any savings.

And I'm not looking for dress pants although for the right price, sure, but I didn't want to start a new thread.

I havent been able to find any pants that short even with a 28 waist.... I usually get them altered try to find a guy who will do a couple of pairs at 3$ a piece no reason it should cost 10 as most charge.

The only luck I had was with h and m dress pants in slimmer fits which tend to run short but their QC is terrible so you can order 3 pairs and get 3 slightly different fits (taper length waist crotch etc.)

 I think I've already tried all the basic brands and came to the conclusion (after speaking to some frum clothing salesmen) that non jewish companies dont really have enough demand for these sizes.

If you are willing to go to Nordstrom and spend 100+ per pair there are plenty of options with on the spot tailoring but for cheap pseudo dress clothes the market is tiny.

As I said HM may have a few and you can also try getting pants that are meant to hit at the ankle but the cut may look off
