Walmart Bicycle Injury Class Action Lawsuit

Were you or someone you know injured while riding a bicycle purchased at Walmart? A class action lawsuit has been filed due to negligent assembly procedures. PM me to be put in touch with the lawyer.

Does getting a door opened on you count? Getting hit by a car? Going head first over a large rock?

The issues is walmart's faulty assembly, not the bike manufacture

Doesn't matter what company - the bike has to have been purchased from Walmart.

If you went head over heels because the handlebar came loose, yes. If it is because you answered your phone, responded to a JS post, and booked a price mistake while riding, no.

I have been hurt from the chain skipping links. Buy I'd have a hard time remembering where and when it happened. It was definitely a Walmart bike but will have a hard time remembering Any details

Doubtful that the Class Action will cover your memory loss. Might want to opt out, and go on your own...

Sorry for going OT.

I have an idea of a lawsuit against BROTHER. I need a lawyer that is willing to listen, I am sure we can both make good money, BROTHER did something that robbed serious money from consumers. Please put me in touch with this lawyer.

I once submitted the claim to a website, nobody ever came back to me.
