It was originally on the Pointbreaks list, then it got taken off, but when going to the hotels page it still showed as bookable for 5K. I transferred UR, and it took almost 24 hours to transfer by which time the hotel went back up to 20K

Do we have a list somewhere here with transfer times for each of the UR partners? (anyone know enough to compile one?)

No, though we have one for SPG and for Amex MR.
When I did the transfer yesterday, the confirmation said the points will transfer on Aug 2nd (same day).
On the UR page where you request the transfer it says:
"Most point transfer orders will process by the next business day, but in some instances it may take up to a week."

Oh well, I'll use it one day down the road when a new pointbreaks comes out.

They claim that it was never on the Pointbreaks list. (Not true!). I had paid $70 to get another 10K points (via reserving C&P and canceling) so I got them to refund the $70 and take back the 10K - didn't 'earn' anything but at least I don't have $70 locked in in case I never end up using them again.

Yup. And the best part is that from now on I can get $35 rooms in the future without tying up (wasting/parking) 5K in the account because I had valet parking courtesy of Chase.
