Chase UR car rental dissaster

Having chase UR points to burn and it was cheaper, I booked my sister a car rental, shes under 25, it clearly requires you to choose age, I did.. she owed up at dollar, they wanted 39$ a day more!! We just went to Hertz where it was 160 for the whole reservation.

How do I get my UR back from chase ? I am really furious at this bait and switch, the website leads you to think that because you enter age you will get the relevant rate

I get you may be frustrated, but this is certainly no disaster. Hurricane Matthew was a disaster. Please change the thread title (or even delete this thread and post here).

Did you try calling Chase? That's probably the first place to start.

Did you read Dollar's T&C to see what the fees would be?

I don't see why you wouldn't get your points back if you didn't rent the vehicle.
