computer screen monitors (need help buying one)

hey all

so i am looking for a computer screen monitor for my wife her needs are as follows

23inch at the least
has amazing response to mouse movements
MOST importantly she needs it for graphics design work (building websites, designing brochures, logos etc)

i have spent several hours online and cant seem to decied what to buy her so i need some HELP!!!!

willing to spend in the 300-500 range obvously LESS is better but want the best she is using a dell XPS

so far i have found the dell UltraSharp U2311H

let me know your thoughts and ideas

I cannot find something good with built-in speakers. And in all honesty, I think that most semi-premium monitors don't come with built-in speakers (I'm thinking it might be because someone who spends a premium on a monitor will usually have a good separate speaker system, at least better than what they can offer for this price.)

Without speakers, I see two that are two worth taking a look on. For $340 from Newegg this, and this Monoprice monitor for $239 "today" (if checj=king out with MasterPay and using coupon from here.)

Another option that may be interesting is this 32" refurbished for $310 http://computers.woot.com/offers/hp-32-qhd-wide-viewing-angle-monitor

Nothing is wrong with them, but is is not "Widescreen" and not "the best resolution that's out there" and no "build in speaker". So basically they do not tick even one of the things "Club2000" was looking for.

I'm not sure what you meant to ask.

I see now that there are in fact some Dell S27 models with WQHD resolution, but you haven't mentioned any specific model and that modal is much much more money.
