I'm a regular KRM shopper.
Bingo is the equivalent.

I was annoyed that Bingo's advanced publicity was " Jewish Costco".  Nowhere close.  5 lb bags of flour?  Have they ever been to Costco? 20 lbs minimum.  How many people do they think the frum community is feeding? 2?
Lol. Its called the Jewish costco, because the owner is oshar ad from Israel, and he has Kirkland products in Israel

Alot of people don't know the price of all these papers, it's just add them to the bank account (the one that's overdraft...). Now they will go to the truck and they will see that these cost a lot of money, some will stop buying them...

I'm just wondering if this so-called "union" of BP grocery stores will get their senses together and hike/keep prices up. That can be really bad. Hope not.

But, at least we got some action. Bingo created this grocery association, and they are trying to launch a major campaign, and they are testing the water with this now

This union was created due to Bingo. They are upset at the distributor's for selling very cheap to Bingo.

It's a complicated issue. People use their grocery, all have accounts that just grow and grow, and when it's thru the roof you go to another grocery, but then you go to Bingo/KRM to make your big order and their there is no monkey business of accounts, you have to pay upfront.

Till Bingo opened up, KRM was the bully in town, he had to get everything cheaper then the others, now that he was hit from Bingo (they say over 30%) he joined the other groceries in outcry

True, but once they have this association created they can have no problem just deciding together to raise their margin of profit. A classic case of hafka'as she'arim.

If their issue is that cheaper prices from Bingo are making them lose customers and squeezing them, not sure how raising prices is going to help their situation  ???

Bingo is totally inconvenient for 60% of consumers. You need a car, no boxes, no delivery etc. So their answer to bingo is, won't get my money one way? I'll take it another.

Same way residents can get daily telemarketing calls which were outlawed who knows how long ago, only because if someone reports these businesses or tzedaka organizations they'll have their children kicked out of the mosdos. :o

They actually started 3rd party delivery for I believe $10. On a large order it might be well worth it
