For an OJ they don't give the option of putting in a coupon code. Is that a glitch? For obvious reasons calling a rep isn't the smartest way to go...
Does the call center allow applying the promo to bookings with more than 1 adult? Online it says to contact the call center.

Just checked in online for my flight:
Online I clicked the option to add more bags. It said "1 free bags allowed". I clicked on the button to add 1 more bag and clicked "calculate price". The price came up as "FREE".

Not really sure if this means I get 2 free bags or not. The boarding pass says nothing about bags.
