From Priority Pass website regarding Dan lounge at TLV -
All Cardholders are required to show a digital Priority Pass Card.
Is this really being enforced? Non-smartphone users can't swipe the physical card?

Is there any way to have CSR issue a priority pass card to a different name than the cardholder? Were under the same address and the cardholder does not use the lounge pass.

Usually only card-holder allowed.
If issued by Sapphire Reserve - 2 guests allowed too.
If issued by other CCs - check their terms.
