I'm in the store now, it just worked for me, and I'm an existing user. I went to the store and took a random bag of Tostitos and followed the instructions. See photo (doesn't even have restrictions!):

Same thing just happened with my wife. They asked her for a screen shot first etc.. and they refunded her.
