although I don't disagree with @emkay I would still risk to  ignore it l'chatchila .
@lz if you already paid it then swallow it . dealing with mist systems (which suck) in israel isn't worth the $65-70 once you've paid it already.

Thanks. I tried, but was unable to pay it. So the question is what to do now...

I'm not following but Emkay you have an 89 number making it easier for them to find your passport number.

Anyhow my Waze carpool today was a volunteer traffic police officer and he mentioned that they are having a CEU tomorrow about how to successfully ticket foreign drivers.

I got a parking ticket in Israel, should i pay it? Will the rental company (BUDGET) deduct from my CC ?
I'm not planning going back to Israel anytime soon
I went to to Zurich for a day and a few weeks later, to my utter surprise ,I received an official letter from the Zurich State Police in my U.S.P.S. mailbox. It was a red light cam ticket. It said if I didn't pay ,they would just charge the car rental company, and I confirmed with them, (Enterprise )that if that would happen, they would pass it on to my cc.

I ended up paying it after much thought....
