I came up with a workaround. I actually live in NJ and was planning on using a relative in Brookln's address. The problem is that many Brookly zip codes aren't working.
I found a random zip code that works (10701 Yonkers, NY) and wrote that along with the brooklyn address. I then put my NJ address down as the mailing address. My account was approved, so now all the mail will come to me in NJ, and as soon as I get the account # in the mail I will call up and update the zip code to the correct one (although it doesn't really matter being that all the mail comes to NJ anyway!)
