They're doing it through noam hashabbos and they're having one entire floor in the hotel for themselves + x amount of ballrooms etc. I guess this doesn't suit your needs.

what about camp seneca or camp Lavi? that is if you dont mind modern orthodox and/or zionist institutions I just realized my sarcasm doesn't really come off well in writing.

are you sure they rent their facilities in the winter? there is no mention of it online

Nitra camp has two facilities equipped for Shabbotons, we stayed by one with a group of 50+, they have a commercial kitchen onsite too. They go by the name of Sapphire Hotel if I remember well

I arranged one a few years ago in bradley ct. I forgot the name of the hotel (they were advertised as  "kosher" kitchen at the time). They were very accommodating.

i think bradley is the airport there... I dont believe it was a chain. It was like 8 years ago. I asked a friend if he remembers i'll let you know if i get it
