They're doing it through noam hashabbos and they're having one entire floor in the hotel for themselves + x amount of ballrooms etc. I guess this doesn't suit your needs.

are you sure they rent their facilities in the winter? there is no mention of it online

looking into renting small 50-90 room hotel with conference space and indoor pool for our exclusive use. any ideas? closest I'm finding is albany

I arranged one a few years ago in bradley ct. I forgot the name of the hotel (they were advertised as  "kosher" kitchen at the time). They were very accommodating.

i think bradley is the airport there... I dont believe it was a chain. It was like 8 years ago. I asked a friend if he remembers i'll let you know if i get it
