@Luvtotravel, maybe when you have a chance you can create a wiki of all the info you gathered, contact, price range, size of place, type of place etc. I believe this thread will be a masterthread one day.  :)
TIA
i should. even just for my own future reference

I'm looking for a place in tristate area that could accommodate about 60 students plus 10 families. needs to have separate shul and eating facilities. indoor pool is a plus. could self cater. I tried JEP. any other ideas?
I think it's one and the same. CMIIW.

per @work-for-ur-muny's suggestion, im compiling a wiki which may be helpful to others looking to arrange a shabbaton or reunion or any similarly large gathering.
A jewish place is usually more accommodating regarding kids, two beds per room, mikva, shul.... or you can go the route of a standard hotel. as i started my search very late in the game, i ended up going with a hotel since every single jewish place was otherwise taken.
i found hotelplanner.com to be helpful in finding a place since i was looking for something very specific and they gave me specific info for each hotel like amount of rooms, square footage of meeting space, the lowest rates per season...  in wiki ill just list the jewish places since these are hard to find compiled in any one place.

Kosher under http://www.capitolk.org/  CY available, too.

1.5 hr NW of Baltimore, Under 4 hr drive to NY and Lkwd.

There is a camp there in the summer, so some dates are limited.

Does anybody have any experience using Camp Kinder Ring in the Catskills?
They are a jewish place, but they told me that they have worked in the past with a mashgiach kashering, and remaining onsite for the entire time.

not sure where to post this question, so figured here might work. If I made a group reservation at a hotel for say 60 rooms for two nights, how many nights will I be awarded to the brand's loyalty program? its IHG if it makes any difference
