MPX Not instant with miles anymore?

Did some purchases on MPX and IIRC, the last time I did it, the miles posted instantly. I got confirmation email that I earned the miles, but I don't see it anywhere. Did this change recently?

Possibly depends on the merchant? Just a theory. Mine posted instantly Jan 11
