the $500 Marriott GC I purchased form you has been redeemed by someone else. Please PM me your phone so we can resolve this

Please note- I have sold $1,500 worth of American Airlines Gift cards and $1000 worth of Spa finder gift cards aside from the $500 Marriott Gift card to 3 other people without any issue or problems. The gift card in question had the full amount as promised on it and was fully secured before being sent. Customer also failed to directly contact me when the issue arose and instead contacted me through here and my email letting almost 2 moths pass before finally contacting me by phone where as 3 months since the sale of the gift card had passed. Even though I did not feel at all responsible or obligated for the loss of the gift card, I still offered to reimburse the customer with another gift card of same value but different brand and he declined. I suggested he call Marriott and report the card stolen, since most company's will replace a gift card thats been compromised if you ask nicely. He told me he had already done sonand was waiting on a resolution. Please make sure you keep gift card information secure, because it it's very easy for scammers to use phishing through text, email, and websites in order to steal gift card and credit card information. Many times these items look legit and inoccent but aren't. Never open an email that you are unsure of who sent it. Malware can also do this and without you even knowing. I've had this happen to two of my debit cards before on my cell phone receiving charges from websites I had never even been to before and had not given my card information out to anyone.

I was the purchaser of the spa finder gift cards and can confirm that I had no issues with redemption.
