Don't blame avios devaluation on the "maasacre" ;)

AA has very little avialability in their sAAver seats, and thats the only thing you can use Avios for on AA. therefore, instead of easily finding around 30-40 tickets everyday!! there's nothing left at all... Im talking about the NYC-YYZ route specifically

Hybrid points?
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hybrid points?
you need a reserve or amex business.. wish I had that.
Very weird to see some days there can be lots of openings to yyz from lga(or jfk). Not complaining ,even the rep told me there surprised to see such award availability.

Hybrid points?
After our 250 mile Delta tickets expired, we started using Hybrid points to fly on Air Canada and with fares at or around $200, it's about the same price as using Avios used to be + I actually prefer AC over AA as 1) AC generally has much better operations, particularly on this route with many mainlines, 2) AC allows free same-day standby on flights between YYZ and NYC, 3) lounge access on both sides with Priority Pass or *A Gold and 4) they are noticeably very kind to families with small children (special security lanes and proactive service generally).
