Anyone ever get this or is this new:

Quote
Your auto-pay discount has been suspended due to a one-time payment.

Effective on your next billing cycle, your account will receive a debit adjustment in the amount of 10.00. This adjustment is the result of non-compliance with the discount terms associated with your plan.

The monthly discount you receive requires you to remain enrolled in auto-pay with a bank account or debit card and paper-free billing ? and that you pay your bill in full with that auto-pay payment. A one-time payment was processed on your account outside of these terms and has resulted in the loss of the discount for this billing cycle.

Thanks for choosing Verizon.

Just got it on my most recent payment. I also got a follow-up email saying -

I have a family plan grandfathered from the 2017 Unlimited (and was upgraded to the Beyond Unlimited). Can I save by switching to the current plans offered or save my plan? So confusing now there are like 4 different unlimited plans - I don't know how they compare to the Beyond Unlimited. And also some of the Unlimited plans come with extra discount for FiOS customers. Wishing @Dan had a write up about this...

Has anyone on the Unlimited Plan experienced a decrease in speed once you go over the 22 GB "limit"?

If I recall correctly, its not a limit but gives priority to others ones your above 20GB.
Always praying for delayed baggage.

So if someone is on a plan with 5 other phones, and one of those phones goes above 20GB, do all the other phones on the plan suffer or only the one that went over?
