i just said i was told it would be 8 weeks and still didnt get it so she then checked and gave me them. its  only been like 4 weeks since i downloaded it

Are the different logins for different cards? You're welcome to try multiple logins, you don't have to uninstall/reinstall it for every one.

From the download link they're not checking if you downloaded it. They're probably also not checking if you installed it and logged in, but you can log in just in case.

How do you know that whatever you are installing doesn't log which AmEx accounts you log into afterward? I understand the CSR may give it to you anyway, but I'm confused how you figured out how the system actually works...? Thanks!

It's not a unique URL, and I don't think their webserver will log it based on a cookie.

It definitely doesn't create any cookies, though they could theoretically log your identity based on your cookies you downloaded it from, which I don't think they do.

Edit: I just looked again and you don't even have to be logged in to download insite, so there's no way they're checking downloads. The link in the targeted email isn't unique.

I think the phone reps from the Asian subcontinent have a common (western) name and US city they always use, they get used to it that way.

What's ironic is that the Indians all use regular names and the US based rednecks all have weird names like Dakota and Ezekiel.
