As long as its been 30/60 days. I try to wait  a min of 60 days (up to 90) for churning.

i have the saphire visa know for a few months and looking to churn do i switch it to mc and tn right away apply for visa or is there an app for the mc?

You can though I'd wait a day.
Either way you will get auto-rejected and need to convince them to approve the other or more likely close the other to approve the new one.
