Absolutely no reason why he shouldn't get it.

@yuneeq Reporting to have gotten 3 Sapphires in one month without closing any and without shifting new credit.
Absolutely no reason why he shouldn't get it.

Hi!
So, i just got the 45,000 chase points from the CC sign up...i have the option to pay myself $450.

I don't need to use them for miles,  etc, should i just use this option? Or would selling them net me more?
Thanks!

I personally would do the Freedom if I had the option.
Q: I already have a Freedom, can I downgrade my SP to get another one? Also, if I downgrade my SP, does that mean my Freedom points won't be UR anymore and will be C.B.? What if I keep it as a non-preferred? Thanx.

You can downgrade again.

Your points will still be UR, but only transferred to airlines/hotels if you have a higher card.

Freedom UR points cannot transfer to airlines or hotels. If you have a higher card which earns UR(Ink, SP...), you can transfer points from the Freedom into a higher card and then transfer out.

If you downgrade to regular Sapphire and reapply for the SP the same day, they see you already have the SP and decline you. I don't get it because clearly ppl upthread have said they didn't even downgrade before reapplying, but 2 reps so far have told me that.

If I go to Israel, I can use the Chase Sapphire Preferred and it would be exactly like using it in the US?

So no other fees that are applicable due to being in Israel?  I get points as well, 2x at restaurants and travel?

Assuming the places are coded to those categories, you should.
