I have an Ink Bold account, is there anyway I can transfer points from the Freedom account to the Bold account ?
I though I could but when I log into UR from my Bold account there is no option on top to combine points.

Also when I transferred points from my Ink Plus to my Ink Bold account there was an option to send the points to "other" account but not to get them from an "other" account.
the accounts are either in my or my wifes name

no they are on separate logins, how do I get them on the same login ?

Not sure that is for sure the reason, but it will most likely work if you do that.

Don't believe you can unless you had applied for a new card.

You need to log in to your Freedom account and transfer the points to your Bold account using 'other'.

call this number: (877) 242-7372...this is the official Chase department that deals with their online website. They put all my account under one login easily.

I didnt get any. They just asked me for proof that it was me calling, and then just my username for chase

When I log in to my account, it gives me an option in the list on the right of the screen to "Pay Bills with this Card". It links to a site that lets you search for eligible payees. I haven't done a thorough search yet to see how many payees are applicable to me, and before I waste my time, I want to know if I earn points for the money spent using this service.

EDIT: Didn't notice the FAQ button on the bill pay site until now. It says "5. Will I earn rewards for bills I pay with my Chase card?  Yes, you may as long as you are enrolled in a reward program and are using an eligible Chase card.  See your reward program Rules and Regulations for details."

ANOTHER EDIT: Facepalm! I thought this was a service, but apparently it is just a listing of companies. When you click "Get started" all it does is take you to their site to log in and try to pay with your Chase card. Not nearly as helpful as I thought. Pretty useless actually...
