The primary coverage is a nice addition, as is the fact that they'll be keeping the 7% dividend for existing cardmembers for 2 years (not that I expect to keep the card past the AF). For me I dont think the loss of the 7% dividend is such a big deal because IME it only applied to base points not signup or travel & dining bonus points.
Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

That was on the Ink, I suggested above that maybe the secret Dan had was that there would be 70K for the SP as well.

Even if they matched an offer with a different annual fee they would still rebill the annual fee.
