My statement closed on Aug 6th with $3000 spend and 3 days later I saw the bonus miles posted. I was really surprised.
Lucky you, it happens.

I got my bonus points immediately after the statement closed that had the spending. It was either the same day or next day.

Chase is not good with expediting, if it doesn't post on the first statement it will post by the next. Basically nothing to do about it.

Just closed this card with a 14k CL and forgot to shift it over to another card. Anything to do about it now or too late?

Too late srry.
-14,000. SM to reopen account as "you closed it by mistake" and it'll take about a week for them to reopen and then ask to shift CL. I've done it multiple times.

I'm applying for a chase freedom since I have a fairly new credit history I don't think I would get approved for the sapphire should I apply for it anyway using a 2bm or will it make me less likely to get approved in the future?
