If i rent a car through chase portal and use UR tied to my CSP, will I still get the primary CDW? On the phone with benefits now and they are saying I will, but we cannot find it anywhere.

(BTW, my Freedom card started out with a $500 CL; a relative's had a $300 CL)

Call with the person on the line and be given permission to talk on their behalf. I find this type of request much easier on the phone.

no annual fee card.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the
previous email response. I can see that you currently
have a credit access line. Let me share that if you would
like to switch to another card with a credit access line,
you will need a minimum credit line of $5,000.00.
However, you also have the option to switch to a card with
a credit limit. The following changes will apply if the
product is switched:

-Customers are eligible to earn 5% cash back (5 points per
$1 spent), on up to $1,500 in purchases each quarter in
categories that change like gas stations, restaurants, and
more. Quarterly activation required. Customers also earn
a full 1% cash back or 1 points per $1 spent on all other
purchases with no caps, tiers or expiration.  Chase

I had a sapphire card and my son was a joint user. My son wanted his own card. Chase said I should close and open again. I needed to do a HUCA 3 times to get it approved. Will i get the bonus points again now that they are issuing a new card?

Because if he's a joint account holder he can't get the same card for himself, unless the card is closed first.
