Chase Sapphire Visa

I believe that ultimate reward points on the regular chase sapphire card CANNOT be transferred out to CO or BA, for example. I was under the impression that only sapphire preferred accts can transfer out their UR points.

If the above is true, that would make this offer much less attractive, IMHO.

Can anyone confirm or reject the above??

you can always transfer it to someone with sapphire preferred who would then transfer it to your ff account

As far as Im aware you cannot transfer to someone elses UR account. (except a spouse etc)

it is has been reported (I think earlier in this thread) that people have been successful in transferring UR points to anyone.

Sorry DZ, the 100K Chase SP bonus match has been dead for quite a while. No code will get you the deal now. Next time, before you post, please read the rest of the thread to see the current news on how the deal's going. We'd be much more friendly in answering your questions that way, thanks!

Whoever claimed that the 100,000 could still be alive with tchiyas hameisim.

i contact the executive branch twice, and they responded both times negatively. I went ahead and sent a letter to the office of the president. I got a call yesterday from them, with explanation etc bla bla bla bla, after being on the phone for 20 minutes, I saw that they are really closed on this issue.
So I think that even tchiyas hameisim won't get this deal alive.

Because thats what YMMV means.  I agree that the chances are slim of anyone getting it at this point but if someone wants to try let them do whatever they want.  I dont see how this will ruin anything for anyone else.

I had to call recon for my card and they shifted some credit lines around and said I was being recommended for approval and would receive my card within 2 weeks, but it still hasn't shown up in my Chase Online account. That was on 8/12/11

LOL it still hadn't shown up still so I called them again just now and they said it had been declined after recon had already shifted my credit lines around and said I would be approved.

She apologized profusely and said I would receive the card within a week.

I could use some advice.

Until recently I had CO and BA with chase. I recently (3 weeks ago) applied for a triple browser (what a chap Dan!) for SW, Sapphire, and United.

Of course I froze my Experian and Equifax (thanks again Dan). I got an approval for the SW only and received letters regarding the Sapphire and United that I need to lift my Equifax freeze.

I of course called reconsideration (thanks again again Dan) and told them that they had already hit up my TU. The CSR worked with me and allowed me to take credit line from my BA and she instantly approved me for Sapphire.

Sounds great b...

Problem is she said no way in the word she can give me United EVEN if I close BA or CO because I simply applied for too many cards. I would greatly appreciate if someone can please advise.

Not at all. you think the world ends by us few people, I confirmed with the executive I dealt with, that I was the first person that was asking him on this issue, and nobody reached him till then regarding this issue. So, I don't know if the reason is because only a few people called in the executive, or that there are ton's of executives around there. But one thing is definitely sure, that they aren't DDF readers, and they don't have the same point of view that you have.
And besides, everyone has a right to work on behalf of himself. We are no team, the only thing we do is sharing useful information. So please bug off.
