I guess I forgot to mention that I would not keep the es that have yearly fees. As I now have 3 Amex 3 Citi and 3 chase I will have to really juggle to get retention incentives , or cancel quite a few of them.
I am retired and my yearly spend on CCs is not too high. I would guesstimate normally 20k but higher lately with credit card apps, which will be unsustainable .
Unfortunately my landlord in NYC does not accept any of the creative payment methods, and my rent is prolly my largest monthly expense. Thus my fear of canceling Chase cards in the future after I get points free rooms etc.
It still does not matter. Signing up for multiple Chase credit cards will not prompt the boot from Chase. If they don't want to approve your multiple apps, they won't.
