I just got off the phone with a csr and he told me he never heard of code s6v b/c their promos don't start with s. So he said the offer might be a third party (whatever that's supposed to mean)

Freedom offers Ultimate Rewards (UR) which can be used for many things.  Sapphire preferred also uses UR and allows you to transfer to CO, Hyatt, or BA at 1:1.  And you can put your UR from freedom into your sapphire UR and transfer all of them to those programs.

The real benefit to freedom is that if you are a chase banking customer you get an additional 10 points per purchase.  This is great for small purchases especially if you then transfer that to CO miles.

I believe the freedom card is offering some cash back sign up bonus (follow Dan's link above).  I am not sure if that comes as actual cash back or in UR points.

Originally SM'd Chase about extra 30K and got them. Today I SM'd them about offer for 50K extra and they gave me 50K again and said they would give me 50K after $3K spend. That's 130K. You think I should get those 80K over to Continental quick or you think I'm safe leaving in my account?

Well, they're pretty sophisticated really.  It's just that the review/audit that will happen hasn't run yet.  But it will.  And you should transfer the points out before they get yanked back.  Hopefully, you'll get your 50 that come with the spend.

You have enough points that you don't have to be too picky about where to put them - especially since 90 of them are free...
