They gave him The 30k and should have given him 20k to get to 50k, and then another 50k upon meeting spend, so 100k.

They gave him 30k more than he should of gotten.

There is big talk out there that chase plans on taking back the extra 50k from those who weren't targeted. it's ymmv, but it might be a good idea to cash them out just in case.

I doubt that they will do that.  The letter I got today (that i posted last page) made it sound like they are just cracking down from now on but not taking back anything.

I would be shocked if they take back points which they gave as a courtesy. Someone reported that Chase took back 30K points from someone who got a total of 80K extra and left the 50K there .

they still have not taken any back from me that cold be because i transferred all out but who knows
